01 / Getting started

Before opening, get these three things straight

Leafy Corner is explicitly not a hardcore economy sim and has no employee management or story campaign. Do not chase a perfect first day—build a comfortable loop of growing, selling, and unlocking.

  1. 1
    Community shopkeeping tip

    Create a nursery zone

Keep growing plants separate from sale-ready stock. Restocking and preparing orders becomes much easier to read at a glance.

  2. 2
    Official gameplay

    Unlock through reputation

Complete sales, help customers, and finish tasks to improve your reputation and unlock plants, pots, and decorations.

  3. 3
    Official gameplay

    Learn traits, not numbers

Customers describe the plant traits they want. Check the plant journal when needed instead of guessing from appearance.

02 / Frequent question

How do orders work?

First, make sure the plant has grown beyond the juvenile stage. Then open the order manager in the top-right corner, choose an eligible plant, and confirm. If no submit option appears, check the required quantity, growth stage, and traits.

  1. 1

Open the order panel and check the quantity and traits.

  2. 2

Prepare eligible plants and keep them off sale.

  3. 3

Use the green confirmation mark to select and submit them.

Evidence note: This flow comes from full-release player reports. Always verify the exact order requirements in the in-game journal. Patch 1.0.3 adjusted orders with the “Trailing” trait appearing too early.

03 / Plant journal

A journal should be more than a collection.
It should help you decide faster.

One recurring complaint is having to reopen the journal while buying, restocking, and helping customers. Our plant reference will prioritize search by name and trait, while clearly separating official data, community experience, and unverified details.

  • Official names and searchable aliases
  • Quick filters for customer-request traits
  • Separate records for standard and variegated plants

The first guide should answer real discussions

We do not turn a handful of opinions into “what every player thinks.” These themes recur across several full-release discussions and shape our first content priorities.

01

What players like: no-rush pacing

Recent Leafy Corner discussions often describe the game as a calm, low-pressure shop sim that lets you decorate and progress at your own pace.

02

Common friction: checking traits repeatedly

Leafy Corner players find it tedious to reopen the journal while buying and restocking, so a filterable plant reference is high on our roadmap.

03

Player concern: repetitive late-game work

As Leafy Corner shops grow, watering, checkout, and keeping shelves stocked can feel repetitive. Our guides will prioritize lower-effort routines.

Current patch watch

A bigger shop now means a little less watering.

Leafy Corner Patch 1.0.3 reduced watering requirements when a shop contains more plants and strengthened the “Reduced Watering” setting. It also fixed a crash caused by the same plant being selected for multiple customers while the game was paused.
